What is Christian Coaching?
Firstly, generalized coaching can help clients improve their performance, skills, confidence, motivation, and well-being.
Christian Coaching is a practice that integrates a Biblical worldview within the practice of coaching. The coaching can be for personal or professional growth, Christian coaching will focus largely on incorporating teachings from the Bible to help clients recognize their full potential. Christian coaching is about growth and and is focused around the art of asking powerful questions that prompt clients to think about things they’ve never considered before, or may have dismissed as impossible.
How much will this cost me?
You are a precious gem in God’s eyes, fearfully and wonderfully made. Through life’s trials & tribulations, He carefully crafts and perfects you with pressure and through faith, courage and patience you are meant to explode to the surface with a brilliance and shine that is not to be hidden!
So how much do YOU value your worth??
Coaching fees are dependent upon your budget and the number of sessions that would benefit you.
Our Pearl package starts at $200 for three 45 to 60 minute sessions. We do offer more in-depth coaching for longer sessions at the Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond levels.
These package rates are based on payment in advance or payment arrangements as agreed during the signing of our Coach & Client Covenant (Contract).
What is the time commitment for coaching?
As with fees, session lengths will be determined by your needs. Typically, a session is 45 to 60 minutes. Appointments are booked every one to three weeks as determined and agreed upon by Coach Dwan and the client.
Where are coaching sessions held?
This is the beauty of it all! I offer coaching that comes to YOU! All individual coaching is done virtually, and you will be provided with a link to meet over video or by phone. It's your preference!
Group sessions will be held either in person at a public location or via Zoom group call.
How will I know that it's working?
That's simple! It's all really up to you! You'll get out of coaching whatever you invest in the process. Simply put, I offer my skills as a safe, trusted and effective accountability partner with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and the Living Word at the helm of it all.
